Kip McGrath is proud of the retail products we produce. If you purchase a product from us that you believe is faulty or arrives in a damaged condition we will happily replace it for you.
To request a replacement product please contact our Production Manager, Imogen Grillo via email: imogen@kipmcgrath.com.au
The Production Manager will instruct you on returning the damaged product and organise the shipment of a replacement product.
If you are experiencing difficulties with installing or using the computer programs: Kip Maths Expert (KipME) or Kip Get Ready for School @ Home please contact our customer service provider.
